What is it?

Internet Explorer is Microsoft's web browser. It comes bundled with most new Windows PCs and the latest version is Internet Explorer 8. Microsoft have spent a lot of time and effort with version 8 to make it not just fast, but to make it display the internet in a way that is accessible to all users with much less need for constant clicking to navigate through numerous pages.

How do I access it?

Internet Explorer 8 needs to be downloaded and installed on your PC. In order to offer the best protection when browsing the internet it is always recommended that you download the latest edition of Internet Explorer and make sure that you update it regularly. Unusually for a Microsoft product Internet Explorer is completely free.
